During 2023 we advised on in excess of 100 properties as part of the Revaluation Programme being carried out by the Valuation Office/Tailte.

The Challenge

We achieved substantial savings on behalf of our clients.  In respect of one retailing chain we assessed 17 separate locations and saved them in excess of €100,000 per annum for up to 10 years.

The Solution

We also acted for a number of Paharmaceutical and Data Centre operators where we would work closely with the client in keeping their rates outgoings to a minimum.

The Result

For another client whom we have worked for in excess of 10 years we advised on 10 individual units and saved them almost €200,000 p.a.

We are Commercial Property Specialists providing advice on Agency, Local Authority Rates, Property Management, Rent Reviews and Valuations.
