Aishling has over 15 year’s experience working in the property sector. She began her career with a Dublin based investment company called Lioncourt Capital. During her time with Lioncourt she was responsible for the financial management of a number of multi-let commercial properties across Ireland and the UK, the financial management of a group of hotels in the UK and a chalet business in Switzerland. She also prepared the financial statements for a number of Companies.
In 2013 she made the move to Savills. Here she initially worked in the Hotel and Leisure department where she was involved in the sale and acquisition of hotels, hotel valuations and hotel strategy advice. She then moved into a financial role, managing a group of multi let commercial and residential properties.
Aishling holds a degree in Psychology from UCD. Following this, she completed a Diploma in Business Studies in the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and while working in Lioncourt Capital she completed her ACA accountancy exams.
Aishling grew up in Dublin and from an early age always loved the outdoors. She spent her childhood in the local tennis club and swimming in the sea. Winning the U12 tennis championships in the local tennis club was the highlight of her tennis career (not quite as impressive as other tennis sporting achievements in the office). School years were dominated by hockey training and matches at the weekend.
During her college years, Aishling was bitten with the travelling bug and has many great memories from her J1 in San Diego, backpacking in Thailand and road trips along the Australian coast line.
Now, with three young children in the house, travelling has gone on the back burner and she happily spends her time on the sporting side lines cheering on three very active children.
