About

Ciara joined Bagnall Doyle MacMahon in 2022, following 4 years with Lisney in Dublin and 13 years working in the London market.

A graduate of UCD with a Bachelor of Social Science degree and Masters in European Studies, she found her way into property in 2004 and completed a Masters in Real Estate in Kingston University, UK with Distinction.

Ciara is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors where she is a Registered Valuer.

Ciara has extensive valuation and professional services experience in both the UK and Irish markets and has worked across all sectors. She has undertaken valuations for a range of purposes, for a variety of clients including financial institutions, property companies, private investors and developers. She has advised both landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears and restructures, across all asset classes.

Ciara grew up in Sandymount and spent all of her spare time in Railway Union Sports Club. As one of six children (she has 5 brothers), Ciara was usually the last to be picked for the ultra-competitive 3-vs-3 sibling games of hockey or cricket which accounted for many broken windows at home. She went on to play representative hockey and cricket for the Irish underage teams before having to choose between the sports. She went on to achieve 156 caps for the Irish hockey team and played in European Championships, the 2002 World Cup and Olympic Qualification tournaments.

Her playing days are long gone and instead she now spends her time coaching the next generation of sports stars in Railway Union, including her two young daughters.
