Julie Perrin

Julie began her career in the property industry in 2005 with Vincent Finnegan Ltd in Dundrum, during a landmark period for the area marked by the opening of Dundrum Shopping Centre and the arrival of the Luas. In this fast-paced environment, she gained valuable experience across all aspects of administration for the sales, lettings, and valuations departments.

In more recent years, Julie worked with Bloomford Property Management, where she focused on PRS developments. Her responsibilities included rent collection for residential properties and the preparation of monthly financial reports for investment funds, further strengthening her expertise in property management and finance.

A graduate of University College Dublin with a BA degree, Julie has also completed a part-time course in Xero and bookkeeping, and most recently a digital marketing course with UCD. These additional qualifications complement her professional experience and broaden her skills across finance, management, and marketing.

At BDM Property, Julie is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. Her role covers accounts, management, and marketing, ensuring the smooth operation of the business and supporting the wider team in delivering exceptional service to clients.
