Niall manages the property and asset management portfolio on behalf of Bagnall Doyle McMahon clients.
Niall has 20 years’ experience working in property management having started in residential property management, before moving to Savills in 2003. Niall worked primarily on retail property management during his time there and was involved with Northside SC, WestEnd Shopping Park, Citywest SC, Gilliver’s Retail Park and Swift Square office development to name but a few. Niall was made an Associate in 2009 and his clients included, Cosgrave Property Group, Davy Hickey, Park Developments, AIBIM and PwC.
In 2016, Niall moved to Knight Frank to take up a role as Head of Property Management and worked primarily with office developments. Clients included Chartered Land, Davy, PwC, Catella and number of private clients.
Niall holds a degree in Valuation Surveying and Management from Hariot-Watt University and also post-grad diploma in Physical Planning from Trinity College. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) and is on the Sustainability Committee in the SCSI.
Niall grew up in Castleknock in Dublin and attended Limerick Institute of Technology. Niall ran the family B&B for a number of years and also worked in retail and hospitality sectors before he started in property. His first property job was in a small telecommunications company, where he went contracting for the roll out of ‘3’ mobile in Scotland and Northern England.
Niall enjoys outdoor sports including sea swimming, padel tennis and golf, but not so much these days. He intends to improve on his golf handicap when he retires.
Niall was handed the torch to support Mayo football and will hopefully watch Mayo lift ‘Sam’ someday soon.
